University investigators and industry executives have been searching for a place to learn how to collaborate. This conference, hosted by the ACTSI and Georgia Bio, provided examples on how universities and industry can effectively work together. The program included stories of successful academic/industry partnerships and the announcement of a new state-wide pilot award sponsored by the Georgia Research Alliance.
