A profile of neuroscientist Dr. Kerry Ressler was featured in the Bulletin of the Howard Hughes Medical Institute. A video featuring the work of Dr. Rafi Ahmed can be viewed here. Dr. Ahmed was also quoted in the December 24, Washington Post in the article In search for an HIV vaccine, all is not doom and gloom. Dr. Jonathan Glass was quoted in Medical News Today on December 19, in the article Neuralstem receives approval to commence first ALS stem cell trial at Emory ALS Center. Drs. Nanette Wenger and Charles Raison were featured in the Emory Health Now blog. Finally, Dr. Sarah Berga was quoted in Biomed Middle East on January 5, in the article Career and Infertility- The close connection.
ACTSI investigators Drs. Mike Frankel, Dean Jones, Lawrence Phillips, and Rafi Ahmed were also inducted into the Emory University MilliPub Club. The club recognizes faculty who have published individual papers at Emory that have at least 1,000 citations. Read more...
