ACTSI-BERD Statistical Clinic for Bio-related Research on the Georgia Tech Campus

Statistics research group directed by ISyE/BME professor Brani Vidakovic, offers free consulting for data-analysis questions in the domain of bio-related initiatives. Every Thursday from 1:00-2:30 pm in Whitaker 2100, the group will provide assistance and statistical advice for external grant applications, model/methodology selection, and publication/PhD thesis work, as well as general data analysis coming from Georgia Tech research labs.

The areas of expertise include Bayesian statistics, experimental design, General Regression Methodology, Power Analysis, Non-Parametric Methodologies, Data Mining/Machine Learning, to list a few. 

This advising service is supported by Atlanta Clinical & Translational Science Institute (ACTSI) at Emory University, Morehouse School of Medicine, and Georgia Institute of Technology, funded through the NIH’s Clinical and Translational Science Awards (CTSA).
