ACTSI-supported Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy Study Featured on TV News

ACTSI-supported researcher, Han Phan, MD, (Children's Healthcare of Atlanta) is collaborating with the inVentive Health Clinical to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a genetic treatment (exon skipping) of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. The study is first-of-its-kind in Georgia and is being conducted in ACTSI's Pediatric Clinical Research Unit at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston. One of her study participants "Blue" was featured recently on a TV station in Macon, GA.
