CIN support for research participant stays at the Atlanta Hospital Hospitality House

The Atlanta Hospital Hospitality House (AHHH) is a non-profit organization offering lodging, daily evening meals, facilities, and support for outpatients and inpatient family members from 21 metro Atlanta healthcare facilities. The CIN is now partnering with AHHH to offer accommodations for research participants who are either traveling from distant sites to any CIN site or those who are undergoing evaluation for multiple days for outpatient studies where inpatient stays are not necessary. AHHH is located in Woolford Estate built in 1926, which is adjacent to Ponce De Leon Avenue, approximately 1.4 miles from the Emory Clinical Interaction Site. Rooms may be reserved no more than two weeks in advance of a research visit and limited handicapped accommodations are available. To request CIN support for AHHH accommodations, please mark the appropriate box on the Protocol Submission form.

Investigators may request support from the CIN regarding the cost of the stay at the AHHH. For all reservations that are CIN related, scheduling must be done by CIN staff.

To learn more about AHHH or to arrange for accommodations please contact Khushbu Amin at 404-712-4779 or kamin5@emory.edu.
